The challenge: closing the gap between content and visibility

When company information lives in separate files, approvals in messages, website updates in another dashboard and AI observations in screenshots, the process becomes difficult to follow. Which information was verified? Which revision is ready to publish? What does a visibility measurement actually refer to? We are developing İzlek to connect those questions within one workspace.

İzlek is a software platform for managing company content and evidence of visibility in AI answers. Rather than automatically producing and publishing text, it brings verified sources, human review and measurement together. This supports a more traceable approach to SEO and AI visibility work.

The content and approval infrastructure we developed

The workflow starts with a company knowledge base. Source records, briefs and drafts remain connected. Editing content creates a new revision: approval for an earlier version does not automatically apply to changed text. Technical review and publication approval are separate steps.

This distinction matters for specialist content. A technically sound draft may still need brand or editorial review. Workspace boundaries, membership and role controls are important parts of preventing company information from becoming mixed and restricting publication to the appropriate users.

  • Management of sourced company information and content drafts.
  • Revision history, change control and version-bound approvals.
  • Separate review of Turkish and English content pairs.
  • A media library with safeguards for files referenced by publications.
  • Versioned publication output generated from approved content.

AI visibility: preserving the evidence behind an answer

A brand appearing in an AI answer is not a complete measurement definition. The question, model, language and method must also be known. İzlek separates API measurements from manually collected evidence and preserves source URLs, answer context and the competitor scope recorded at measurement time.

Rates are evaluated using eligible, successful answers with verified search activity. Comparable series are maintained instead of blending different questions or models into a single percentage. This is the product implementation of the measurement principles in our SEO and AI visibility guide.

Publishing automation: control matters as much as speed

Unapproved new content does not enter the public publication output. The previous approved version remains available while edits are underway. Immutable publication versions and an atomically updated current-version pointer support traceability. Private briefs, internal source notes and approver information do not belong in public output.

A persistent job queue, scheduled work and call quotas form the operational layer. An uncertain network result should be tracked rather than followed by uncontrolled retries. Automation is therefore designed together with publishing permissions, costs and data boundaries.

Sector-specific content for CAN-EL and Marmix

CAN-EL was the first site connected to İzlek, and Marmix was subsequently added within its company scope. For an engineering business such as CAN-EL Electric, service responsibilities and project references are central. For a natural stone brand such as Marmix, collections, materials and applications provide a different context. Verified company information should lead the content, rather than applying one template to every industry.

These references explain the project context. Any effect on search or AI visibility needs to be evaluated separately through comparable measurements. Our CAN-EL case study explores the website and publishing workflow in more detail.

The engineering approach behind İzlek

Custom software, content operations, AI integration and technical SEO meet within this product. The priority is more than a working interface: data ownership, revisions, permissions and publishing behaviour must remain consistent.
